Our story

About Real Estate Agent Earlimart

A licensed real estate agent who handles houses, vineyards, shops, rentals and exchanges, and who brings up money openly from the very first hello.

Where This All Began

Real Estate Agent Earlimart grew out of a conversation that happens far too often. Someone finishes selling a house or a piece of land, looks at the closing statement and says, nobody ever really explained this to me. The commission, the credits, the escrow fees. It was all there in the paperwork, but it was never talked through.

So this practice turns that around. The first real conversation with every client is about money: the commission figure, the work behind it, the way buyer-agent pay may be handled and the other costs likely to show up. Only when that is clear does anyone talk about signing.

After that, the work follows a steady pattern. Prices come from nearby sales, explained one at a time. Listings are marketed properly, with good photos, staging advice and outreach to other agents. Negotiation follows the goals you wrote down at the start. It works the same for a family home, a vineyard, a small storefront or an investment property in an exchange.

What We Hope You Feel at the End

Confident that you understood every dollar. That means honest answers about cost and value, a clear statement of who we represent and advice that serves your goals instead of a quick signature.

What Makes Working With Us Different

  • A California-licensed agent

Every conversation, from the first call to closing day, is with the person holding a California real estate salesperson license.

  • The commission talk comes first

Rate, coverage and buyer-agent compensation are discussed openly before any agreement is offered.

  • Prices explained sale by sale

Each suggested figure arrives with the neighboring sales that support it and an explanation of every adjustment.

  • Marketing that earns the fee

Professional photography, staging advice, wide online exposure and calls to agents with buyers.

  • Negotiation guided by your goals

Your aims for the sale price, the fix list, any credits and the calendar go on paper first, and every counteroffer is checked against that page.

  • Broad range under one roof

Houses, storefronts, vineyards, rentals, buying, listing, exchanges and investment property.
