Helpful Things to Mention
When you ring (559) 472-9291, a sentence or two about your plans is plenty to start. Sellers can share the general location and any recent upgrades, like a new roof or kitchen. Buyers can mention a price they are comfortable with and how far along the loan process they are. That is plenty for a first conversation.

A Few Questions Before You Ring
Who answers when I call?
A licensed real estate agent. If the line is busy, leave your name and a sentence about your property, and expect a call back after the current conversation.
Will you tell me about commission on the first call?
Yes, that is usually the first thing we cover. You will hear the rate, what it includes and how buyer-agent compensation may work.
Do you help outside Earlimart?
We do. Pixley, Tipton, Delano, McFarland, Richgrove, Ducor, Terra Bella and Porterville are all part of our area, along with the farm land between them.
Can family members be on the call too?
Absolutely. Property decisions are often shared, and it is easier when everyone hears the same explanation at once.
What paperwork should I gather?
None is needed for the first talk. Later on, a recent tax statement helps for a sale, and well, water and lease records are useful for farm or rental property.
